Bynari InsightServer 4.0

The Linux Based Mail and Messaging Server. Compatible with Microsoft Outlook, Insight Server is a Linux based email server utilizing open source components to provide a highly reliable, scalable, and cost effective email solution for customers of all sizes. The server was built to facilitate complete messaging and collaboration capabilities within the company. Insight Server supports all the standard protocols. It provides unusually robust features and functions like backup and recovery tools, server redundancy, migration tools, and resource management.

Version 4.0 eliminates downtime and training for InsightServer data migration. Bynari's new web management console incorporates a migration tool that allows systemic migration from Exchange and other third party IMAP servers to the Insight server. This functionality allows for transparent migration for the desktop user and compatibility with Exchange and other third party mail servers to provide phased, mixed or total migrations. All data including LDAP directory information, mailboxes, user configurations, and others are migrated from the server side.

Enhanced console management functions add the ability to configure mail transfers via Bynari's web-based interface. An InsightServer administrator has more robust configuration options via the web console including:
